Questions you may have about buying

  • How do I pay for my order?

    When placing your order, the full amount is reserved on your account by ECCO. Payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch.

  • When will I be charged?

    In case of payment by credit card, payment will not be taken until we dispatch your order. Your card will be authorised, when your order is placed. If you choose Przelewy 24 as the payment method, the bank transfer will be processed right away. In both cases we'll send you a confirmation email.

  • How do I find my shoe size?

    Follow our simple guide to measure your feet accurately.

  • Is it safe to order online?

    We do not store any payment information in our database and your connection is always encrypted.

  • How do I use my promotional code?

    Enter your code in the appropriate box in 'Your basket' before you check out.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    All shipping is free. No matter what or how much you buy in our ECCO Online Shop.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    Your items will be sent on the same day we receive your order. Expect to receive your order within 2-7 working days.

  • Can I change my order?

    Orders cannot be changed once confirmed. We process your order as quickly as possible and send it to the warehouse to be dispatched.

  • A mistake has been made with my order

    Please contact ECCO Customer Care if there is a mistake in your order.

  • Can I track my order?

    Your confirmation email includes a unique tracking number that you can use to follow the progress of your parcel.

  • Has my order been shipped?

    You will receive a confirmation email when your order has left the warehouse.

  • Have you received my return?

    It takes around 10 working days for us to receive and process your return.

  • How do I return an item?

    If you wish to send anything back to us, you can find return instructions on the return note in your box or check out our Return Policy.

  • I have received an incorrect item

    If you have received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds will be processed within 3 days after we receive your items in the warehouse. It may take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
